ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) – Customers of a longtime Rockford boutique returned Wednesday to support the business after devastating floods shuttered the operation for more than a month.
“We were wiped out for 40 days,” said Diane Tope, who owns Great Hang-Ups near the corner of Rockford Avenue and Charles streets.
