Madison man sentenced in crash that killed retired firefighter

MADISON (WKOW) — A Madison man convicted of killing a former Madison firefighter in a high-speed crash was sentenced to prison on Thursday.

Michael Norsetter-Shiner, 40, will serve four years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision. During the extended supervision, Norsetter-Shinner cannot operate a motor vehicle or make contact with the victim’s family.
