BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) — Police in Beloit are searching for the driver in a hit-and-run incident that left a victim injured on Tuesday.
According to authorities, a vehicle which appeared to be an Acura or similar SUV hit the victim in the 2200 block of Shopiere Road around 10:30 a.m.
The offending vehicle then fled north on Shopiere after the crash.
Police said the vehicle did not have license plates and appeared to have a garbage bag in the back side window…
