Rockford’s Fiesta Hispana ran for about 20 years, a celebration of Latino culture

In 1983, Rudy and Adelfa Ortiz and Frank and Gloria Cudia founded Fiesta Hispana to fill a void in the community, celebrating Latino culture in Rockford, Illinois.
