TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) – Harper-Talasek Funeral Home organized a car show to help Our Hospice House in Temple buy a new house for patients.
The car show featured live music, vendors and vintage cars on display. Harper-Talasek Funeral Home rearrangement specialist, Jack McChurch, said he wanted to change the way people thought about the funeral home.
“We try to become involved in the community so the community doesn’t look at us as a sad place to go to all the time,” McChurch said. “It’s a place to go to for support at a time of need.”…
