A Bend triplex that became the subject of controversy late last year over a plan to house felons, including sex offenders, will instead be used to house at-risk youth.
The triplex at 640-652 Wilson Avenue has been acquired by Cascade Youth Family Center (CYFC). It’s a program of J Bar J Youth Services, which works to help vulnerable youth in the community.
