Late afternoon showers, dry streak for weekdays

We’re waking up to some drizzles in western Oregon left over from yesterday’s system, and showers are expected to move into Portland in the late afternoon. Another half an inch of rain could accumulate by the time the system dissipates overnight. Highs today are in the lower 50s, and we’ll stay in that range for the rest of the week.

Monday kicks off a dry streak, with at least some sunshine peeking through every day afterward in the next week. The next time showers could be possible is Friday morning, but models are currently disagreeing on what that will look like…
