PRINEVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) – Tensions are running high in Prineville Monday evening as the Crook County School Board holds a special meeting about the employment status of embattled Superintendent Melissa Skinner.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at Barnes Butte Elementary, held there to accommodate another large crowd.
