South Arkansas landowners and lithium interests will have to wait a little longer for the setting of lithium royalty rates.
Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission Docket No. 050-2024-09, an application filed by Albemarle Corporation, Saltwerx LLC, SWA Lithium LLC, Lanxess Corporation, and Tetra Technologies, Inc., has been continued at the request of the applicants.
