Pamela Ann Franks
Pamela Ann Franks, 73, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. She was born in Newport, Ark., to the late Raymond and Emogene Rawlings.
Pam was the most beautiful soul you would ever meet. She was kind and cared deeply for the ones that she loved. She enjoyed being outdoors near bodies of water. The lake and the beach were her favorite places to be so much so that she had a home in Florida for many years. She loved to play cards with her friends and playing on the slot machines. She was indeed the slot machine queen!!! No matter the occasion, she would NOT be seen without make up on. She made sure to be all done up before even leaving the bedroom.
Pam graduated from ASU and did what she loved most, teaching. She taught special education for 29 years!!
She was also a proud member of First Baptist Church for 23 years! She was a part of the Woman’s Group there…..
