WEST PLAINS, Mo. (KY3) – A man wanted for several sex crimes in Arkansas was arrested and charged in West Plains this week.
According to court records, 38-year-old James Meese is charged in Arkansas with rape, three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, and first-degree terrorist threatening.
