Alexandria police investigating assault at CVS, Metro station

ALEXANDRIA, Va. ( DC News Now ) — The Alexandria Police Department (APD) said it is investigating an assault that happened at a CVS and at a Metro station Thursday afternoon.

APD said officers responded to the 2400 block of Eisenhower Ave. after receiving reports of an assault that happened in a CVS store and on the Eisenhower Metro.

Two suspects used Mace in the CVS and then ran away to the Metro where another person was assaulted.
