DC apartment residents say broken building elevators are putting their lives at risk

WASHINGTON — Residents in Southeast DC’s Navy Yard Neighborhood worry they may be in danger after elevators continue to break down.

Parc Riverside Apartments residents told WUSA9 one of the building’s three elevators has been broken for about four years, the second one broke a month ago and the third elevator stopped working Wednesday morning.
