EASTON, Pa. – Easton won the final three contested matches of the evening to break a 24-24 tie and defeat rival Phillipsburg 40-24 on Saturday at 25th Street Gymnasium.
Back-to-back falls by the Stateliners’ Zackary Swingle and Anthony Pettinelli at 107 and 114, respectively, had pulled the visitors even through 10 weight classes.
