SILVIS, Ill. — The PGA Tour has recognized the John Deere Classic with two top honors — “Most Engaged Community” and “Best Sponsor Integration” — during its annual meetings on Dec. 11.
The Quad Cities-based tournament continues to shine, claiming the “Most Engaged Community” award for the ninth time and the “Best Sponsor Integration” award for the third time.
“The John Deere Classic is honored to have won our ninth ‘Most Engaged Community’ award and the ‘Best Sponsor Integration’ award for the first time,” John Deere Classic Tournament Director Andrew Lehman said. “These two awards recognize the efforts of everyone involved with the tournament to serve our two most important constituencies, our fans and our tremendous title sponsor, John Deere.”
