A video has surfaced on social media recently of embattled Lawrence Homeless Coordinator Kelly Birchall Frazier going on a profanity laced rampage, issuing threats, and slamming tables and chairs at a homeless dinner after a volunteer complained that she left him all alone to clean up with no help.
In response, Frazier can be heard coming unhinged, charging at the volunteer screaming; “Do you have a mother f*cking problem? You F*cked with the WRONG PERSON, faggot!”
At one point on the video she can be heard yelling; “I’m Kelly f*cking Frazier, and you’re f*cked!”…
