TOWN OF OWEGO, NY (WIVT/WBGH) — As drought conditions continue in the Southern Tier, the Town of Owego supervisor Donald Castellucci is calling on the community to reduce its water use.
Castellucci says the Town is not in an emergency as of right now, but the water well levels have “significantly reduced” as rainfall has lessened over the last month. He is asking the community to reduce consumption “where possible” until further notice.
