BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – It’s a feeling a lot of people have experienced: you had a rough day, and all you want to do is let those feelings out. You can try painting or punching a pillow, but for those who have a substantial amount of stress, it might not feel super relieving.

If you’ve been bottling up your feelings, this might be your sign to let them out. It’s the whole reason Michael Pegors and Taylor Klein opened the Bismarck Break Room. Other establishments might frown on visitors breaking things, but that’s not the case at their business.
