Construction plans unveiled for former Palace of Auburn Hills site

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Schostak Brothers & Company announced that construction on a supplier logistics center at the former Palace of Auburn Hills site is underway.

The fourth-generation commercial real estate company, which has built a legacy of more than 100 years of Michigan development, announced the groundbreaking on Monday (Oct. 21).

The 715,000-square-foot site along I-75 will be operated by Piston Automotive (owned by former Bad Boys member Vinnie Johnson, the nation’s largest minority-owned automotive supplier…
