BOISE, Idaho — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing child.
The Boise Police Department said 11-year-old Joseph has been missing since 4 p.m. on Tuesday. He was last seen in downtown Boise near West Fairview Avenue and 17th Street.
Police describe Joseph as 4 feet 11 inches tall and roughly 60 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and shorts, SpongeBob socks and tan Vans-type shoes…
