BOISE, Idaho — Bryan Kohberger’s defense team is trying to keep DNA evidence from being used in his case. On Thursday, the Ada County Courthouse hosted a series of both closed and open hearings in the Kohberger case. He is accused of murdering four University of Idaho students in Nov. 2022.
The Thursday hearing was closed to the public for most of the day, and only the necessary personnel were allowed in the courtroom.
