After days of DNC protests, only 8 complaints have been filed against Chicago cops, police oversight agency says

CHICAGO — After five days of protests and countless interactions with demonstrators, anarchists, and ordinary passers-by, the agency charged with investigating misconduct by Chicago police officers has received just eight complaints related to the Democratic National Convention.
