Garrett arrived at the game in Cleveland dressed as “The Terminator,” sporting an incredibly realistic Halloween costume. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter , he collaborated with Mike Castro of Madness FX, a former Hollywood stage and costume designer, to create the impressive “Terminator” mask he wore for the matchup.
