FREMONT, Ohio (WTVG) – The Fremont community had some tough conversations in response to a mistaken arrest that made headlines.
Police mistakenly arrested a man for a warrant that was not in his name. Officers did not realize that he had a different last name than the suspect until after they went to the jail.
