Wauseon man indicted on slew of charges including attempted murder and assisting suicide

WAUSEON, Ohio (WTVG) – A Fulton County grand jury indicted a Wauseon man on a slew of charges, including attempted aggravated murder and assisting suicide, according to the county prosecutor’s office.

Records show Joseph Mulinix, 44, of Wauseon, is facing charges of attempted Aggravated Murder, Attempted Murder, Felonious Assault, Attempted Involuntary Manslaughter, Menacing by Stalking, Domestic Violence and two counts of Assisting Suicide.

The police report from the Wauseon Police Department was almost entirely redacted. The victim’s name was also not shown, only identifying her as a 39-year-old woman…
