Delray Beach Police Seek Public Aid to Apprehend Suspect in Fatal Shooting at Bi-Lo Market

The Delray Beach Police Department is seeking assistance from the community following a shooting on Monday at the Bi-Lo Market in Delray Beach. According to the police, a 30-year-old man was the victim of a targeted attack, which resulted in his death.

According to the City of Delray Beach release, the incident occurred around 11:51 AM at 24 NW 8th Ave. Officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Timmy Hayes suffering from a gunshot wound.
