A Florida middle school teacher has been reassigned after she was accused of assaulting an 11-year-old student during a field trip .
According to WSVN , the incident unfolded last month when students from McNicol Middle School in Hollywood took a field trip to the Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale.
