West Palm Beach man accused of firing pellets into neighbor’s apartment– again

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla (CBS12) — A man who police say has a track record of pellet gun mischief is facing new charges after allegedly firing air-soft pellets into his neighbor’s home.

The incident occurred on Jan. 9, when an apartment tenant told officers with the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) that his neighbor, later identified as Hunter Hopwood, 40, was shooting through his wall and into his unit.

The victim told officers that he was playing video games when he heard three shots go off, a firearm reloading, followed by three more gunshots, according to the criminal probable cause affidavit…
