West Palm Beach man accused of impersonating FBI agent after alleged robbery spree

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla (CBS12) — Deputies say a West Palm Beach man in a motorcycle helmet impersonating an FBI agent committed assault and armed robbery.

On Sunday, deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) were called to an apartment building near the iThink Financial Amphitheater in West Palm Beach where they met a victim who had his phone stolen.

According to the arrest report, the victim was approaching the apartment building around 6 p.m. in the dark when a man, later identified as 33-year-old Tyler Vogel, exited the vehicle asking for his ID. He then approached the victim and punched him in the face knocking him to the ground and stealing his phone…
