American Red Cross calling for volunteers and donors in wake of hurricane devastation

(WTRF) — Countless families and community members are wading through uneasy waters as the devastating effects of hurricanes Helene and Milton can still be felt throughout the country.

The Red Cross has opened shelters in both Florida and North Carolina, aiding over 3,000 individuals.
