TEMPLE TERRACE — On the eve of the city’s 100th anniversary, one of Temple Terrace’s oldest buildings is being scheduled for demolition.

Sutton Hall, which is on the Florida College campus and is the original home of the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club, is beyond repair, according to the school.

It was built in 1922 and served as the golf and country club’s home and a hotel, and later as a women’s dormitory on the campus…
