Buccaneers land wide receiver help in trade prediction with Giants

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers currently have one of the better passing attacks in the league. They’re averaging 258.5 yards per game through the air, which is second best in the NFL. Quarterback Baker Mayfield, in the first season of his three year, $100 million contract, has helped the Bucs to this point.

He did it with some help in wide receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Unfortunately, Godwin suffered a dislocated ankle in Week 7, prompting him to miss the remainder of the season. Evans on the other hand injured his hamstring in the same game and isn’t expected to return until after the bye week.

As the Bucs slip further down the NFC South race, their quest to win four-straight division crowns is in jeopardy. Especially after losing two games to the rival Atlanta Falcons, Tampa Bay’s not in great shape to take the division crown, or potentially the playoffs…
