Governor Orders Mississippi Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff for MS New Orleans Victims

Governor Tate Reeves has ordered that all State of Mississippi flags be flown at half staff in honor of Mississippi residents that were killed in the attack on New Orleans.

According to WJTV, the governor has directed that all flags on all buildings and grounds in Mississippi be flown at half staff beginning at sunrise on Thursday, January 9th, 2025 and ending at sunset. Flags will be flown at half-mast again on Friday, January 17th, 2025.
