TOMS RIVER — Eric Manzanares, 24, of Asbury Park, was indicted by a Grand Jury sitting in Ocean County on the charges of murder, attempted murder and aggravated assault among other charges, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer in a release on Thursday, Aug. 22.
Manzanares’ charges are all in connection with the murder of Nymere Tinsley, 25, of Brick Township, which occurred in Toms River on Aug. 27, 2022, according to Billhimer’s release.
Manzanares was additionally indicted with charges of unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and possession of a high capacity ammunition magazine and two counts of being a certain person not to possess a weapon, according to the release…
