SEASIDE HEIGHTS – A motorist from Seaside Park is accused of leaving the scene of a crash in which a 75-year-old pedestrian was struck by a car Monday night and left unconscious in the roadway, said Ocean County First Assistant Prosecutor Michael T. Nolan, Jr.
Genell Mcinaw, 50, was charged Tuesday with knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in serious bodily injury to another person, the Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
