Juvenile arrested after stolen car used in street takeover found in New Haven

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A stolen Crown Victoria that was used in a street takeover was found earlier this month in New Haven, according to police. A 17-year-old has been arrested for its theft.

The car belonged to the engineering department at the City of Norwalk, according to police. It was last driven on Oct. 10, and was stolen in a takeover on Oct. 19. It was found two days later.
