NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WFSB) – The owner of a smoke shop in New Haven has been arrested after a compliance check found pounds of illegal narcotics.
Yesterday, the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection was conducting a compliance check at the TH3 Factory on Whalley Avenue due to their expired e-cigarette licensing.
