KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — A section of John B. Dennis Highway in Kingsport will be closed this weekend due to bridge construction.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said the section of highway between Moreland Drive and Lincoln Street will be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14.

Motorists will be directed onto Wilcox Drive and Lincoln Street to detour the work zone.
TDOT said the work is contingent on favorable weather conditions.
