JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – The United Way of East Tennessee Highlands is looking forward to filling its new position: Regional Director of Long-Term Recovery.
Leslie Dalton, CEO of United Way, said the position is grant-based and will require funding for twelve months.
“This person will support the long-term recovery efforts in each county,” Dalton said. “We want to make sure that no county is left behind and that regional donations and regional resources are being distributed equitably. Each county is looking to develop a long-term recovery group, and so this person will help support set up if they need to support those long-term recovery groups in those counties.”
