WEBER CITY, Va. (WCYB) — A Weber City man won a $1 million top prize from a scratcher ticket, according to the Virginia Lottery.
Kevin Egan purchased the Gold Rush ticket at Big Break, located at 3100 U.S. Highway 23 North in Weber City.
