Lewes, DE – Delaware State Police have detained three men, Richard Francis, 34, of Hanover, Maryland, Marcus Gallmon, 20, of Washington, D.C., and Ilon Melson, 20, of Washington, D.C., on multiple felony charges after a burglary followed by a high-speed chase.
Early on Friday at approximately 2:35 a.m., a trooper patrolling Coastal Highway near Westcoats Road observed a black Honda CRV swerving on the road.
