PRIMERA, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — The City of Primera is gearing up to host its third annual Winterfest for the holidays.
The event will take place from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Primera City Park located at 22893 Stuart Place Road.
