WHITFIELD COUNTY, Ga. — The Governor of Georgia declared a state of emergency for the whole state Wednesday as Hurricane Helene approaches land.
Governor Brian Kemp spoke more about the state government’s preparations Thursday with the reminder to “remove debris and clear roads statewide.”
