AKRON, Ohio – The Akron-Summit Council on Holocaust & Genocide will host an educational seminar and panel discussion on Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Akron-Summit County Public Library Auditorium.
The seminar, “Echoes of the Holocaust: Antisemitism Then and Now,” will discuss the history of antisemitism, its ongoing impact and actions that can be taken to address it.
Barb White will lead the discussion. White serves as the curator of the Akron-Summit Council on Holocaust and Genocide Education’s resource list for educators. She has served as an Akron-Summit Holocaust Arts and Writing Contest judge for 20 years, according to a news release…
