BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -The U.S. Postal Service has responded to growing complaints about significant mail delays and delivery issues in Bryan and College Station, while Congressman Michael McCaul is offering assistance to residents affected by the ongoing problems.
Residents have reported missing packages, irregular deliveries, and extended delays in receiving important items such as Social Security checks and medications. The complaints have mounted over the past few months, prompting both the Postal Service and McCaul to address the situation.
“The Postal Service is aware of customer concerns in the Bryan area and is taking immediate steps to ensure timely and accurate mail delivery service,” the USPS said in a statement Monday. “We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate the patience of our customers.”…
