Glendale residents fight to save 107-year-old library

GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily)— The oldest library in the City of Glendale could soon be torn down, but residents are fighting to save it.

The Velma Teague Library has a long history. It was rebuilt and reestablished in 1971. The library was named after former city librarian and schoolteacher Velma.
