BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department is looking for the community’s help in locating 16-year-old Nelisha Woods.
Nelisha was last seen wearing pink pants, a gray hoodie, and a black Michael Kors jacket in the 100 block of Kerns Avenue.
