BURLINGTON, Vt. — The Burlington Police Department responded to a frightening scene Monday night after a man attacked a person in his home with a blowtorch.
Police received a 911 call just after 8 p.m. Monday and said they could hear a person screaming in the background. The call ended shortly after that.
