One of the sponsors for our final stop in our holiday Feed A Family Food Drive is Three Mountain Roofing. Their overall mission as a company, in part, is to help the communities they serve. Fortunately for all of us, that help goes beyond roofing with this local business. We had the opportunity to talk to the owners of Three Mountain Roofing before our Thursday event to hear why they love being involved with this holiday food drive.
Owners of Three Mountain Roofing, Lee and Alisa Anders, joined us in studio on Monday during our FOX44 Morning Brew shows. It was so nice to get their perspective about this time of year and why giving back is so important. The Andersons mentioned, “there’s lots of important community events that we participate in and this is one is certainly one that our staff want to participate in.” Alisa adds, “being able to come out the day of, collecting food throughout the holiday season, it’s super important to our group.”
We will be collecting non-perishable food, personal/household items, and cash donations at the City Market on 207 Flynn Avenue in Burlington, Vermont. All donations collected through 7 PM that day will be given directly to the Vermont Foodbank. We hope to see there!…
