WILLISTON, Vt. — A group of middle school students got a front-row seat to some key political races in Vermont. While they still have about five or six years until they can vote, organizers say it is a chance for them to learn about the process and see what their futures might hold.
Seventh and eighth-grade students at the Williston Central School packed the Al Myers Auditorium Friday morning for their annual candidates’ forum to listen to Vermont’s candidates talk about key issues that face their communities.
